Shipping, Taxes, Custom duties

Please note that the prices for paintings, posters, and postcards are in euros. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees will be determined based on the product being shipped and the destination country.

Immaterial Rights

Please note that the intellectual property rights to the original artworks and posters remain with the artist. By purchasing a product, the customer acknowledges that their rights are limited to the physical ownership of the item and do not include the right to copy or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Payment methods

You can make your purchases in the online store using the PayPal or Klarna payment method. If you wish to order a painting using the contact form, you can choose bank transfer as the payment method. In that case, Tiina Koski will send you the payment details, including any applicable shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes. Please note that the shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Shipping and Liability

Once you have placed an order, the product will be carefully and securely packaged. It will then be handed over to the shipping company for delivery, and at this stage, the shipping company assumes responsibility for the package. You will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you notice any possible shipping damages upon receiving the package, please notify us immediately so that we can take the necessary actions.

Return policy

Original artwork is not eligible for returns. For posters and postcards, we offer a 30-day return policy if the product is damaged. In such cases, please contact the artist immediately
